Who is NatPROteam? The NatPROteam is the natural evolution resulting from the progression of decades of experience in Program Management and the promotion of music and clothing.  The co-founders of NatPROteam have combined their respective experiences in Program Management and Music/Clothing Promotions into signature, high energy, marketing and promotions processes.   This collaboration has resulted in a worldwide network of dedicated Project Managers and Street Team personnel organized across more than 300 key worldwide markets.  This worldwide membership is built primarily as a social network ready willing and able to function as a “street team for hire.” From this energy, NatPROteam is born and formulated ready, willing and able to market and promote your brand.  The NatPROteam brand is synonymous with promotions.

Wade Gibbs- Director of Program Management

Wade is a retired active duty USAF officer with over 22 years experience in leadership and management of high dollar assets.  Wade spent his last 10 years as an Acquisitions Program Manager with direct management responsibility of several multimillion-dollar highly technical, high visibility USAF development projects to include the Global Hawk Unmanned Aerial Vehicle and the GPS III Satellite replacement programs.  As a hobby, Wade joined a national street team in 2002 and his leadership and management training enabled a quick, natural progression to the executive levels whereas his unwavering dedication to the organization along with his ability to execute direction and lead teams was key to the expansion, definitization, and sustainment of that organization.

Wade has advised CEO’s on several projects to include licensing, trademarks, legal matters, sales, promotions.  His leadership and business savvy is pivotal to the expansion of several brands and has increased revenue streams for several companies.  Wade is a founding member of the NatPROteam and has a vested interest in ensuring each and every NatPROteam project is completed with high levels of success.

 

PoDean- Director of  Marketing and Promotions

Talk about street promotions and street teams in the music industry and the name of PoDean will inevitably come up in your conversations.  Po has developed the talent, created the marketing plans, implemented street promotional efforts by leading international, national, regional, and local street campaigns for several artists to include Jay-Z, Snoop Dog, Mos Def DMX, Eve, The Lox, Jada Kiss, and Drag-On.  Po has worn many hats throughout his promotions career.  His positions ranged from recording studio manager through Promotions Director and CEO of his own Marketing and Product Placement company.  PoDean performed as assistant director to over 30 music videos.  PoDean also lead countless promo tours/special events, several music video direction/production and managed several worldwide tours.

PoDean has a client list that defines the who’s who in the music and entertainment industry.  His clients include companies such as Interscope, Def Jam, Sony, Universal, J Records, Ruff Ryders and artists like Jay-Z, Snoop Dog, P. Diddy, DMX and more.  PoDean's efforts are pivotal to over 40 million album sales throughout his career and is known for being the go to guy for getting the project completed on time and within budget. His knowledge of the industry, his relationships with artists, and skill at making street campaigns successful is key to the NatPROteam many successes.
